Summary:
Join our team as an Final Assembly Associate, where you will play a crucial role in completing the final assembly of our high-quality products. Your responsibilities will include assembling components, conducting thorough quality checks, and ensuring that our finished products meet the highest safety and performance standards before advancing to the next production stage.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assembles machinery, fabricated metal products, electrical equipment, appliances, and more according to specifications and design requirements.
- Ability to use small hand and power tools repetitively, as well as measuring equipment and tools.
- Install various components, including electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and structural elements.
- Use pneumatic and hand tools to perform assembly tasks and complete assemblies using nuts, bolts, and screws.
- Able to read tape measure and follow build prints
- Read and follow intermediate measurements and instructions with a strong mechanical aptitude.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.
- Document assembly processes and report any defects or concerns to management.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects safely.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 years’ experience of mechanical knowledge.
- Automobile or truck mechanic skills.
- Mechanical experience preferred.
- Works well as a productive member of a team.
- Detail-oriented and consistent.
- Experience in Pneumatic, Hydraulics or Electrical Systems.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Physical Requirements
- Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward.
Work Environment
- Use required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Typically in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors such as temperature extremes, loud noise, and fumes which cause noticeable discomfort or a moderate risk of accident or illness.
