We’re looking for a s Lead who thrives at the intersection of and technology, guiding biotech and pharma leaders toward cutting-edge solutions like GenAI. You understand the unique challenges of scaling AI in s, from regulatory concerns to cloud infrastructure hurdles, and you’re passionate about turning those challenges into opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the process (prospecting, meetings, company introductions and presentations, proposals, negotiations and account management).
  • Build, nurture and maintain relationships with potential s clients and partners by attending in-person meetings, lunches, conferences etc.
  • Support the team to solve software challenges and close deals.
  • Independently own conversations with clients.
  • Understand clients’ business environments and communicate Loka’s value proposition clearly. Your ability to comprehend how software products are built, beyond just memorizing selling points, is crucial.
  • Maintain current performance coaching software industry and product knowledge.
  • Conduct market research to generate new business opportunities.
  • Manage projects for various initiatives.


Requirements

MUST HAVE

  • 10 years experience in s
  • Solid understanding of data infrastructure, machine learning, and/or cloud architectures
  • Experience with and understanding of core Services
  • Ability to travel to meet clients and attend industry events up to 25% of the month
  • Native English fluency
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent residency (Green Card holder)


STRONGLY PREFERRED

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills and aptitude for learning quickly
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with varying deadlines and adapt to changes in environment and priorities
  • Attention to detail and comfort within fast-paced work environment
  • US working hours, slightly heavier on morning meetings especially for San Francisco-based candidates.

  • Salary range $150,000–-$200,000
