Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and responsible individual to join our team at LOL Kids World as a Customer Service representative. This role combines the duties of an Indoor Playground Monitor, Party Host, and Cashier. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests, providing exceptional customer service.
- Monitor the indoor playground to ensure the safety and well-being of all children and guests.
- Host and coordinate birthday parties and special events, ensuring a fun and smooth experience for all attendees.
- Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and manage cash flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Assist with setting up and cleaning up party areas before and after events.
- Enforce playground rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or working with children is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for working with children and families.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Basic math and cash handling skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
