What You'll Do
- Be the first point of contact for our guests – greeting, welcoming, and ensuring their salon experience is exceptional.
- Handle front desk duties including booking appointments, managing schedules, and cashing out guests.
- Offer guests refreshments and top-tier hospitality—think of it as concierge-level service, not just front desk work.
- Assist with inventory management, salon administration, and goal tracking.
- Help keep our salon spotless and inviting, including light cleaning duties like sweeping, dishes, and laundry.
- Work closely with an amazing, supportive team—helping stylists, assisting guests, and making everyone’s day a little brighter.
