Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily care and supervision of children in a safe and nurturing environment.
- Support classroom activities and educational programs for toddlers and preschoolers.
- Monitor children's behavior and development, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with lead teachers to implement lesson plans and maintain classroom organization.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid procedures.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to promote a supportive community.
