Lolas Kitchen food truck based in Frederick, CO is looking for one food prep to join our strong team. We are located on 206 Fifth St, but our food trucks go all over the Denver Metro area (Johnstown to Arvada and Boulder-Brighton. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working. Food truck shifts are between 2-4 hours depending on location and the type of event and can be morning, afternoon or evening hours. Locations change, being mobile and having reliable transportation is a plus. We can also meet in Frederick and drive to the gig, travel time not included. We are starting festival / busy season, we average 1-3 gigs per week, sometimes more during the summer. Experience with flat tops, deep fryers and food processing is a big plus. Looking for someone who loves food and wants to grow with us! Pay depends on experience and tips are paid.
