We are looking to hire 7 Manufacturing Team Member to join our awesome team!

Team Member Benefits :

Temporary position at 40 hours per week from June 9th to August 29th.
Starting pay begins at $15.00 per hour Attendance Bonus!
Attendance bonus ranges from $250 to $400 at end of term, dependent on attendance.

Manufacturing Team Member Requirements :

High school diploma or GED is required. Students currently in manufacturing classes are strongly encouraged to apply and will be considered even if not yet graduated.

Positive attitude and strong focus

Good communication with peers and supervisor.

Must have the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions and deal with problems involving concrete variables

Principal Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

Sort machined parts as they come out of the CNC Shop and place aluminum inserts into designated locations.

Assemble machined parts to the point they are ready for shipment.

Properly package finished product with correct paperwork, and appropriate hardware for customer to complete assembly when received.

Inspect all handled parts to ensure quality.

Basic hand tool operation.

Help to maintain proper inventory of boxes, hardware, labels, etc.

Order replacement parts for any defects.

Document all defective parts prior to recycling.

Special projects as requested.

Skills / Qualifications :

Good communication skills with peers as well as a supervisor. Ability to read and understand work orders.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment :

Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds. Must have great attention to detail. Ability to work well independently and with a team. Must be able to effectively communicate. Basic computer skills.

Education / Experience :

High school diploma or GED required, but current students are welcome and will be considered. Work experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
