Following a recent acquisition, we are integrating operations and seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our sales strategy across all channels: wholesale, retail, and eCommerce.
Role Overview
The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and optimizing sales strategies across both brands. This leader will oversee all aspects of sales, including wholesale distribution, national and regional retail partnerships, and eCommerce. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in the confectionery or candy industry.
This individual will work closely with the executive leadership team, finance partners, and operational leaders to develop actionable plans that align with our long-term strategic goals. This position reports to the CEO of Lolli & Pops and is an on-site role in our Denver facility.

Compensation
The expected starting pay range for this position is $130,000-170,000 per year. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
- Lead and integrate the sales teams from Lolli & Pops and Hammonds Candies to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and establish strategic partnerships.
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets across wholesale, retail, and eCommerce channels.
- Strengthen relationships with existing wholesale and retail partners; identify and secure new accounts.
- Expand distribution through national and regional grocery, specialty, and big-box retailers.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive sell-through and improve brand visibility at retail locations.
- Partner with digital and eCommerce teams to optimize online sales strategies.
- Identify opportunities for omnichannel growth, including marketplace and direct-to-consumer initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to drive accountability and success.
- 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience , preferably in the confectionery or candy industry.
- Proven ability to scale sales operations and drive revenue growth in a multi-channel environment.
- Experience with national retail, wholesale, and eCommerce sales.
- Exceptional leadership, team-building, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Must be based in Denver, Colorado – no relocation assistance provided.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving company environment.
