Daycare Teacher

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our nurturing environment. Responsibilities

• Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages social interaction, creativity, and exploration.
• Manage behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques to guide children’s actions.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and daily activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the daycare.
• Stay informed about best practices in early childhood education and participate in professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices.
• Skills in caregiving, toddler care, behavior management, and educating young learners.
• A nurturing demeanor with the ability to engage children in meaningful activities.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members.
• Certification or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is a plus but not mandatory.
• A commitment to creating a positive learning environment for all students.
