Position Title: Employment Attorney
Position Type: Full-Time, Benefited
Compensation: $110,000 - $300,000 DOE

Location: Remote in California
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Represent clients in federal and state courts, arbitrations and administrative proceedings on employment-related disputes including claims involving wage and hour, PAGA, discrimination, wrongful discharge and trade secret/restrictive covenants
- Provide strategic legal counsel to employers on a wide range of employment matters, including litigation, compliance, workplace policies, and risk management
- Grow your existing book of business while fostering new client relationships
- Manage and mentor associates and senior counsel within the firm, providing guidance on case strategy, business and professional development, and legal best practices
- Collaborate with attorneys across multiple offices to support firm-wide labor and employment initiatives
- Participate in firm events and business development activities, including our annual California Law Summit, monthly webinars and blogs.
Qualifications
- 10 years' experience as an Attorney with relevant work experience required
- Member, State Bar of California in good standing required
- Juris and Bachelor degrees required
- Experience with school district defense highly preferred
- Experience with class/PAGE inclusive highly preferred
- Experience with trial highly preferred
- Experience with public entity defense highly preferred
