Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group, Department of Pediatrics, has an immediate need for Chief Residents, BC / BE in Pediatrics, to join our team. The administrative chief resident for the Department of Pediatrics is a position offered to a senior resident who will have completed his / her residency before being hired for this position. They will have additional responsibilities beyond those normally included in the senior resident's academic program. The position is one of distinction, professionalism and leadership serving as an example of our mission.
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation range listed is for starting base compensation only and is adjusted based upon years of experience and / or faculty rank : $90,000 - $115,000. This amount does not include variable compensation or extra productivity and is subject to the individual department compensation plans. More information on compensation is discussed with the departments during the recruitment process.
