Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Continuous Improvement Manager located in Loma Linda, CA. The Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes, operational management, and achieving operational excellence. Daily tasks include identifying areas for process improvement, implementing best practices, conducting data analysis, and leading initiatives to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness within the medical center.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Business Process Improvement and Process Improvement
- Excellent Analytical Skills and the ability to apply them in operations
- Experience in Operational Excellence and Operations Management
- Proven ability to lead and manage change initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma are a plus
