What It Takes :
Experience : 3 years in an Insurance Executive (Producer) or similar role, with a strong background in multiple lines of insurance (auto, fire, life, property, casualty, health, ancillary, etc.).
Licensing : Must have Property, Casualty, Life & Health State Insurance Licenses.
Client Focus : Proven ability to deliver client-focused solutions and build lasting relationships.
Sales Skills : Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Analytical Mindset : Comfortable analyzing reports and using computer systems to maintain accurate records and improve client service.
