What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender (Fine Dining) position at Lombardi Cucina Italiana?
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join us in the grand opening of Lombardi Cucina Italiana coming soon to the Lombardi Family.
The bartender crafts beverages according to Lombardi Family Concepts standards and is responsible for all aspects of the bar – sets up and stock products for each shift, maintains storage areas and cleans, sanitizes, and maintains all equipment, utensils and tools.
Additionally, the bartender must multitask and assist guests in making food and beverage selections, taking and ringing orders, and providing excellent service.
Job Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in high-volume, upscale restaurants/hotels required
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Compliance with all local, state and federal liquor laws
- Must be able to work quickly in a confined area and stand for extended periods of time
- Continuous bending, reaching, twisting and use of hands and arms
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs as needed
