Lombardi Development Company is now accepting applications for a Project Manager for our Morgantown, WV and Follansbee, WV offices. We are a general contractor looking for qualified individuals. Benefit package available. Compensation varies based on experience.
Qualifications:
- Must have good communication skills & professionalism.
- Must be self-motivated.
- Experience in construction project management is required.
- Experience with reading blueprints is required.
Duties:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Review and interpret construction blueprints and schematics
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and suppliers
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits
- Communicate project updates and milestones to stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
