Construction Project Manager/Superintendent
Lombardi Development Company is now accepting applications for Superintendent for the Bonita Springs, FL area.
We are a general contractor looking for qualified individuals to fill immediate needs. Experience in construction and reading blueprints is required. Compensation varies based on experience.
Duties:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Review and interpret construction blueprints and schematics
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and suppliers
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits
- Communicate project updates and milestones to stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
