Barbacks often help bartenders open and close the bar. They keep the bar stocked with liquor, beer, spirits, garnishes, ice cubes and other products needed throughout their shift. They ensure that glasses, stirrers, shakers, strainers and other bartending tools are clean and in the proper position for Bartenders.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Busser, Bar Back, or in a similar role within a bar or restaurant setting.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering top-notch hospitality service.
- Effective time-management abilities to keep pace with the demands of a fast-paced environment.
- Capability to work comfortably in a standing position for extended periods, along with the flexibility to reach, bend, stoop, and lift items weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Stamina to work extended hours when required.
