What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser position at Lombardi Family Concepts, Inc.?
We are seeking Bussers who are energetic and self motivated to take charge in supporting our wait staff by clearing tables and setting up our dining areas.

- Promptly clean, reset and arrange table tops, chairs and booths between seatings
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant
- Take soiled tableware to dish room and unload/sort silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in designated areas
- Proactively pre-buss during peak hours
- Assist servers with food delivery as needed
- Maintain constant communication with servers and hosts to ensure efficient seating, table utilization and customer service
Job Requirements:
- Experience is a plus!
- Team player
- Have working knowledge of the predominant language(s) of our guests.
- Be able to lift, reach, bend and stop
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
