Role Description
This is a full-time Residential Estimator role located in Weldon Spring, MO, working exclusively in our St. Louis market. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project blueprints, preparing cost estimates, negotiating with contractors and suppliers, and managing project budgets. The role will involve collaborating with the construction, design, sales and purchasing teams to ensure accurate estimates and efficient project planning.
Qualifications
- Experience in residential estimation, cost analysis, and budget management
- Knowledge of residential construction materials, methods, and building codes
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in construction estimating software and MS Excel
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
