We are writing the next chapter of Lombardo’s Restaurant.
Passionate Restaurant Server hospitality professionals who are self-motivated, organized and hardworking are encouraged to apply.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE IS:
- Experienced in working within an upscale restaurant for a minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role
- Detail oriented, follows through and is able to multitask and prioritize needs while maintaining composure, focus and productivity
- Warm, friendly and an excellent communicator
- Able to work quickly and adapt on the go
- Passionate about providing guests with high-quality service
- Able to stand, walk, and/or sit for long periods of time and have the ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
A TASTE OF THE ROLE:
- Provide a friendly and caring experience for every guest that comes into the restaurant, upholding the restaurants hospitality standards
- Anticipate guest needs and maintain positive guest relations at all times
- Take food and beverage orders from guests, using POS system efficiently
- Make menu and drink recommendations to guests
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner
- Complete opening side and closing side duties thoroughly and efficiently as assigned
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned station and service areas
- Setup and reset tables according to the seating plan
