Position Summary:
The Risk and Quality Performance Manager will be responsible for driving and managing the risk and quality performance strategy within the organization. This includes identifying potential risks, ensuring effective mitigation strategies are in place, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement to maintain high standards of quality. The manager will work closely with various teams to ensure alignment between risk management practices and quality assurance goals.

Position Duties/Responsibility:
Risk Management:
• Identify, assess, and monitor risks that may impact the organization’s operations, projects, and services.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies and action plans to mitigate risks.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and update risk registers to ensure they reflect current risk scenarios.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure all potential risks (financial, operational, reputational, etc.) are adequately identified and addressed.
• Ensure compliance with risk management frameworks, policies, and industry regulations.
• Provide regular reports on risk-related activities to senior management and key stakeholders
Quality Management:
• Oversee the implementation of quality assurance (QA) processes and standards across the organization.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of products, services, or processes against quality standards.
• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality control systems and procedures.
• Perform regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall quality.
• Provide training and support to staff to foster a quality-conscious culture.
Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with other departments, including operations, finance, and compliance, to integrate risk management and quality improvement processes.
• Provide expertise and guidance on risk and quality matters to support decision-making at all levels of the organization.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions to promote awareness and understanding of risk and quality best practices.
• Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care.

Position Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Quality Assurance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience in risk management and quality assurance, 5 years in a related role. Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, quality standards, and industry best practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with different teams and stakeholders. Experience with performance management tools and software is ideal. Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Cert/License: Relevant certifications such as Six Sigma, or Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP) are preferred.
