Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Answer incoming calls from clients, addressing inquiries related to their policies, including renewals, changes, endorsements, and discounts.
- Policy Review: Assist clients in reviewing their current insurance policies and provide clear explanations of their coverage and options.
- Sales: Identify opportunities to offer additional products, including life insurance, to meet the clients' evolving needs and enhance their coverage.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns clients may have with their policies or service.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements
