We are seeking a Junior Change Management Analyst to support the next phase of a large-scale ERP transformation project within an organization. This role will focus on the integration of a newly acquired hospital into existing systems and processes. The analyst will contribute to change and training workstreams, ensuring end-user readiness and successful adoption of the new workforce management platform.
Location: Hybrid in Philadelphia, PA
Compensation: Up to $50,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Change Management Leads to support implementation and end-user adoption efforts
- Manage project deliverables related to change and training workstreams
- Facilitate weekly team huddles and monitor progress on key initiatives
- Aggregate and analyze data to develop actionable insights and inform change strategies
- Maintain and update critical project tools and documentation (e.g., change impact analysis, stakeholder analysis, communications plan)
- Develop and execute internal communications and change messaging
- Create adoption materials such as huddle sheets, transition guides, and crosswalks
- Prepare leadership presentations and progress reports as needed
- Oversee content development for the internal project website
