Position Overview:
The Senior Manager of Compensation and Benefits is a strategic leader responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the compensation and benefits programs of a manufacturing organization. This role ensures that programs are competitive, compliant with applicable regulations, and aligned with the company’s business goals and workforce needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing industry practices, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
This role is hybrid in Philadelphia, PA
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CCP, CBP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred.
- 8 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations and best practices.
- Expertise in job evaluation methodologies, pay equity, and total rewards frameworks.
- Proficiency in HRIS and data analysis tools, with a strong ability to interpret and present data.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
