Information Technology Project Manager

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to lead software and technology initiatives within the fields of healthcare, case management, or education. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating business needs into actionable technology solutions, working with cross-functional teams, and managing projects within budget constraints. Consulting Position - 6 Months, wiith option for permanent direct hire conversion

Onsite in Philadelphia, PA

$40.00 to $45.00 per hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership & Execution
• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of IT and software projects, ensuring they align with business objectives.
• Develop clear project timelines, scope, and deliverables to keep initiatives on track.
• Utilize Monday.com to manage project workflows, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
• Collaboration Across Departments
• Act as a bridge between IT, operations, HR, and business teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and integrate technology solutions accordingly.
• Provide guidance on system adoption and best practices to maximize efficiency.
• Technology Implementation & System Integration
• Lead software implementations, particularly in environments focused on healthcare, case management, or education services.
• Support projects that involve Salesforce or other business systems, ensuring smooth deployment and user adoption.
• Assist with technology-driven improvements to enhance operational workflows.
• Risk & Resource Management
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
• Work within budget limitations to allocate resources effectively and optimize project outcomes.
• Advocate for technology solutions that enhance security, scalability, and efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience: At least 2 to 5 years of project management experience, preferably in technology-driven environments related to health, education, or case management.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Salesforce (or similar platforms) and experience overseeing technology implementations.
• Project Tools: Hands-on experience with Monday.com or other project management software.
• Collaboration & Communication: Ability to coordinate with diverse teams, translating business needs into technical action plans.
• Nonprofit & Budget-Conscious Mindset: Experience working in nonprofit or mission-driven settings is a plus.
• Certifications: PMP, CAPM, Agile, or Scrum certifications are an advantage but not mandatory.
