Our client, an enterprise level healthcare organization, is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join their growing team partially onsite at their corporate offices. IT Support Specialist Desired Qualifications
- CompTIA A Certification, Microsoft MTA, MCSA or other related certifications within Information Technology desired
- Associates Degree or higher with completed coursework in Information Technology or Related Subject Matter
- 2 Years or more of professional enterprise level experience supporting organizations with hundreds of end users
- Demonstrated experience with heavy hardware break fix – laptops, desktops, mobile devices
- Project work covering OS imaging, deployment, and user/application configuration required
- Experience utilizing Active Directory for password resets, user profile set up, group policy control
- Ability to tackle basic network connectivity and set up of VPN
- Solid grasp of Office 365 Administration portal and administration and configuration of email and exchange
