We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst – HR & Payroll Technology to provide support and administration for HR and Payroll systems, including Oracle eBusiness Suite (R12.2) and UKG Dimensions (formerly Kronos). This role requires a strong understanding of payroll, benefits, and workforce management in a complex business environment, including unionized and salaried employee structures. The ideal candidate will be skilled in system configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting, ensuring that HR and Payroll processes run smoothly.

$80,000 - $90,000 salaried plus benefits based on experience
Remote, But must be on East Coast Hours and in the United States
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical payroll and HR system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Analyze business requirements and implement system configurations that align with company needs.
- Develop and maintain custom reports for payroll, HR, and workforce analytics.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to optimize system functionality and support business processes.
- Manage system security and user access administration for HR and Payroll applications.
- Provide functional support for UKG Dimensions/Kronos workforce management solutions, ensuring accurate time tracking and compliance.
- Support quarter-end, year-end, and compliance reporting for payroll and benefits processing.
- Document system configurations, changes, and user procedures for future reference.
- Assist with the implementation of new systems or enhancements, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite (R12.2), specifically HR and Payroll modules.
- 5 years of experience supporting UKG Dimensions/Kronos timekeeping applications.
- 2 years of experience managing security administration within Kronos/Dimensions.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing, benefits administration, and workforce scheduling.
- Experience with SQL and PL/SQL is a plus, particularly for reporting and data analysis.
- Ability to interpret business requirements and configure software to align with operational needs.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with end-users, IT teams, and business leaders.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fast Formulas and payroll tax compliance is a plus.
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
