Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. This role is responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, building a strong pipeline of skilled workers, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across all operational levels.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and create job descriptions tailored to operational requirements.
- Oversee the applicant tracking system and ensure data accuracy and compliance with hiring regulations.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to assess hiring effectiveness and recommend process improvements.
- Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
