What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Representative position at London Approach?
The Sales Representative should be a self-motivated person who can identify and close new customers. The ideal candidate will maintain a high level of relationship with existing customers and will have experience as a Customer Service Representative in the industrial equipment field as well as managing and maintaining existing customer’s needs.

Responsibilities :
- Identify and close new service opportunities within a specific territory.
- Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained.
- Maintain and service existing customer needs in a given territory, establish new business opportunities through canvasing and cold calling, and fulfill the company’s internal departmental needs.
- Responsible to manage and track customers using a variety of internal metrics.
- This role will interact with Account Managers, Accounting, and internal Sales / Service Teams.
