Child Care Teacher

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Teacher to join our team. Duties

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster learning and development.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor and assess children's progress in various areas of development.
• Engage children in meaningful play and educational activities to enhance their learning experiences.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the classroom.
• Stay informed about childhood development trends and best practices in early education.

Requirements

• Previous experience in childcare settings such as nannying, babysitting, or preschool environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management strategies.
• Ability to create engaging educational activities that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff.
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young children.
• Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus but not required.
• A commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for all students.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Preferred)
• CDA or Ancillary Teaching Certificate (Preferred)
