London Bridge Resort is offering an exciting opportunity for a guest-focused, friendly, outgoing individual to greet and assist guests as our Front Desk Agent during various hours and days of the week (morning, night, weekends, and holidays). The ideal candidate must multi-task effectively and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Role Summary
- Accommodate guests by making them feel welcome, informed, and cared for during the entire length of their stay
- Relate to guests in a friendly and helpful manner
- Ensure satisfaction by going the extra mile
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs
- Handle all aspects of guest registration, which can include :
Expediting the check-in / check-out process with swift computer and cash register skills

Job Requirements :
Must have excellent communication, phone, and hospitality skills. A flexible schedule is necessary for this position, including the ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays. Must also be computer literate and able to effectively use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, as well as be comfortable using PMS and CRM tools via the computer.
