LCS is actively pursuing an Implementation Consultant to become an expert in Rent Manager and to teach our new customers the best ways to use our software. Rent Manager can do everything a property manager will need for their business, but it will take a skilled advisor like you to help them master each part of the program. Each day will bring exciting new challenges as you learn about your customer's business needs, import data, set up their database, and walk them through best practices for their business.
Essential Functions
- Become an expert in the Rent Manager product
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers; coordinate and schedule implementation and other services in a timely manner
- Identify the best approach to set up Rent Manager considering the customers’ business needs
- Perform requirements discussion and create estimates for the following type of projects : importing and implementation, data cleanup, training, and bookkeeping
- Provide backup support to other team member’s implementation customers as needed
- Follow set procedures for documenting all calls, emails, tickets, spreadsheets, etc.
- Escalate calls to other departments, as needed, including recommending custom fee-based services
- Enhance our product by documenting and discussing feature requests and software issues as needed
- Communicate with the Sales Team as needed to keep them well-informed of progress
