New hires start at $23.12 / hour plus shift differential & pre-shift meeting incentive pay PLUS they have access to State of Ohio benefits to include PERS Retirement System, medical / dental / vision coverage, paid leave, flexible spending, tuition assistance, and regular pay increases just to name a few!
