- Take and process room service orders accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure the cleanliness of room service trays, carts, and delivery areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling guest requests and inquiries.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu and assist guests with recommendations.
