Auric Room Hospitality Leader

Overview: Lone Mountain Ranch, a premier guest ranch resort in Big Sky, Montana, is seeking an exceptional Auric Room General Manager to lead our hospitality team. With 148 acres of breathtaking scenery and a rich history dating back to 1915, our resort offers authentic luxury accommodations, gourmet cuisine, and unforgettable outdoor experiences.

Job Description: The Auric Room General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Auric Room, including service training, staff development, and cost controls. They will also work closely with the Director of Food and Beverage to ensure financial goals and budgets are met. Key responsibilities include managing a team of staff, providing excellent guest service, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, candidates must possess a High School diploma or equivalent, preferably with a two-year business degree in Hospitality or related field. They should have extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of team management, organizational, and coaching skills. The ideal candidate will have certification from the Master Court of Sommeliers and extensive craft cocktail and bar knowledge.
