Position Overview: We are seeking a data -driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support our marking initiatives for both our truck insurance and truck leasing companies. This role will focus on lead generation, optimize digital advertising, SEO, and content marketing to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (In Office/Onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Paid Advertising Management: Plan, Execute, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC campaigns. Optimize content across digital platforms to increase engagement and conversions.
• SEO & Website Management: Improve website visibility through keyword research, content optimization, and technical SEO best practices. Manage the company's Google My Business Listings and online reputation.
• Email Marketing: Develop and manage email campaigns using marketing automation tools ( Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) to nurture leads and engage customers.
• Content & Social Media Marketing: Assist Marketing Director in creating and distributing engaging content, including blog posts, landing pages, social media posts, and email newsletters.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, generate weekly performance reports, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
• Marketing Automation & CRM: Utilize CRM and automation tools to streamline lead generation and follow-up processes.
• Industry Research: Stay up to date on trucking and logistics trends to tailor marketing efforts effectively. Monitor competitor's' digital marketing strategies to uncover new opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.
• 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficient Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebooks Ads Manager, HubSpot, WordPress, email marketing platforms.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns across different brands.
• Ability to recommend changes to drive business objectives.
