Position Summary (Essential Functions)
- Brings carts from cart barn to cart staging area outside golf shop.
- Loads bags from bag storage room onto carts.
- Transports range balls to each end of range and fills appropriate containers.
- Places baskets of balls at evenly spaced intervals on range.
- Operates tractor and ball picker on range to retrieve balls.
- Washes range balls.
- Removes golf bags from carts and returns bags to assigned rack in bag storage room.
- Washes carts; park carts in shelter and connects charger cables.
- Cleans all clubs for members and guests.
- Performs other appropriate tasks as assigned by golf professional staff.
- Must be able to comfortably interact with customers on a daily basis.
Reports to
Assistant Golf Professional
Preferred Qualifications
Golf knowledge preferred. The candidate must be punctual and work at a steady pace on various tasks as assigned. Must be able to be active and be willing to work outside.
Pay Range
Hourly position ranging from $13.00/hour plus tips. Golf privileges.
Schedule
Approximately 20 hours per week and weekend availability preferred.
