Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene or a related field
- Valid state hygiene license
- CPR certification
- Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Conduct dental cleanings and assist dentists during procedures
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Follow infection control protocols
- Assist with scheduling patient appointments
- Wednesdays 8:30am - 12:30pm (with opportunities for more hours)
- Thursdays 8:30am - 5pm with a lunch from 1pm - 2pm.
