Needed FT: Monday - Thursday
Key Highlights:
- Location: Lebanon, TN (E. of Nashville)
- Patient Base: Pediatric care, Medicaid office with PPO patients
- Work Schedule: Mon.-Thur. no weekends
- Technology: Modern office with digital equipment
Compensation and Benefits:
- Income Potential: $200,000-$400,000
- Guaranteed Minimum: $800-1,100 per day (depending on experience) - for 90-days
- Production Bonus: 25-30% of adj collections (based on experience & specialty); including hygiene codes
Full-Time Employee Benefits:
- Additional Benefits: Health Insurance, Life Savings Plan, mentorship, CE benefits, malpractice Insurance
- Long-term Employment: Possible future ownership available
- Relocation package: up to 5K
- Student Loan repayment: 10K / year (New Grads)
Candidate Requirements:
- Dental License: DDS or DMD eligible for or currently holding a Tennessee dental license.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
