Ortho Treatment Coordinator-Bi-Lingual English/Spanish

**Job Summary:** 3 Days per week-Monday, Wednesday and Friday
We are seeking an Ortho Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The Ortho Treatment Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating orthodontic treatment plans, scheduling appointments, assisting orthodontists with patient communication, and ensuring smooth patient flow within the orthodontic practice.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Proven experience in a dental or orthodontic office setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Proficient in using orthodontic practice management software
- Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment

**Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate orthodontic treatment plans for patients
- Schedule appointments and follow-ups
- Assist orthodontists with patient care and communication
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Ensure a seamless patient flow within the practice
- Educate patients on orthodontic treatment options and financial arrangements
- Collaborate with insurance companies on behalf of patients regarding coverage and claims
- Keep abreast of orthodontic procedures, technologies, and trends
- Uphold patient confidentiality and privacy regulations at all times

**Working Environment:**
This position operates in a professional dental office environment. The Ortho Treatment Coordinator will work closely with orthodontists, dental assistants, and administrative staff to provide exceptional patient care and support. The role may require standing for extended periods and occasional lifting or moving of equipment.
