Requirements

• 2 years of experience in HR/People Operations or a related field, with a strong ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.
• Recruiting experience preferred, with a strong ability to identify top talent and effectively manage the hiring process from start to finish.
• Proven experience in employee relations, with a focus on resolving conflicts efficiently, fostering positive workplace culture, and utilizing tech solutions to enhance communication and engagement.
• Highly tech-savvy with a strong proficiency in HR software and systems, and a natural ability to learn new tools and processes quickly.
• Self-motivated and task-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment..
