Location: Enterprise, OR
Hours: 40 hours/week - Monday - Friday
Compensation: Wage DOE

Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with CPA firms in the preparation and filing of corporate tax returns.
- Prepare schedules and reports that assist the CPA with the preparation of tax returns.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Identify tax-saving opportunities and provide strategic tax planning advice.
- Address tax-related inquiries and correspond with tax authorities.
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including income, expenses, and assets.
- Calculate quarterly estimated tax payments, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Work with various departments to set tax planning goals for operating entities and specific projects.
- Support bookkeeping and other accounting-related tasks as necessary.
- Stay informed on tax law changes and update the team accordingly.
- Manage internal tax documentation and filing systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax preparation or accounting.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex tax issues to non-experts.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
