We only host groups up to 60 people and we only flip rooms 2-3 times of week due to our minimum two-night stay. POSITION SUMMARY
Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and security of our campus. In addition to cleaning and maintaining common areas, this role includes guest service responsibilities and monitoring security to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all guests. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to handle a variety of tasks independently.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Responsible for cleaning all Public and Guest spaces which include a lodge, wellness building and training facility.
Assist in stripping guest rooms for departing and arriving guests.
Ensure guest patio chairs and tables are clean.
Help prepare the room cleaning team for departure day.
Communicate with guests and staff via tech apps and smartphones. Respond to guest requests via this app.
Assist in transport of guests and team members from the campus to the parking area..
Help carry, lift, and deliver guest luggage on arrival and departure days between cabins and welcome.
Restocking and organizing housekeeping supplies and areas such as closets and shelves

Abilities and requirements
- Required to have a current driver license as well as clean DMV record.
- Required to have a passion for serving others.
- Required to have an operating cell phone and ability to communicate via an app.
- Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
- Ability to troubleshoot challenges, problem solve and diffuse high-tension situations.
- Ability to communicate with others in a manner that is professional and respectful.
- Ability to read, write and verbally communicate.
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Ability to walk, climb stairs and perform at altitudes up to 9000.
- Physical capacity to navigate natural terrain, stairs, and potentially slippery surfaces due to winter conditions.
