- Community Manager (CM) Track: For detail-oriented organizers and future leaders who enjoy streamlining operations
- Community Relations (CR) Track: For outgoing communicators with a passion for people, leasing, and creative marketing

Your Role as a Community Administrator
At the core of our on-site team, the Community Administrator keeps everything running smoothly. You’ll support the front office, maintain accurate records, contribute to marketing, and keep residents happy - all while gaining experience in the key functions of both the CM and CR roles.
Administrative & Office Management
- Organize leasing paperwork, renewals, compliance docs, and internal filing systems
- Track lease renewals and assist with document prep in collaboration with the CR
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and welcoming office environment - you own the first impression
Property Operations
- Assist with move-in/move-out and routine unit inspections
- Help with basic bookkeeping, deposits, and file upkeep for compliance and audits
- Support with reports and data that feed into decision-making and leadership planning
Resident Relations & Marketing Support
- Contribute to resident communications: flyers, community posts, events, and outreach
- Log and follow up on maintenance requests to ensure timely, clear communication
- Assist with collections outreach, including reminders and basic data tracking
Your Path to Advancement
We’re growing - and we’re growing from within! As a Community Admin, you’ll work closely with both the Community Manager and Community Relations Representative, so you can gain real experience and clarity on which direction fits you best:
- CM Track (Community Manager) - Grow into a property operations leader: manage teams, oversee financials, run reports, and drive performance. You’ll build your knowledge of compliance, vendor management, budgeting, and internal systems.
- CR Track (Community Relations) - Step into the spotlight as a leasing and marketing expert: drive occupancy, lead resident engagement, and shape the property’s brand through communication and experience. You’ll master sales follow-up, social media, and renewal strategy.
