OVERVIEW
The Leasing Agent plays a pivotal role in supporting property operations, driving leasing activities, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will manage day-to-day resident interactions, assist with administrative tasks, and oversee leasing processes with professionalism and care. This position requires someone detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to delivering results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
LEASING AND RESIDENT RELATIONS
- Professionally respond to inquiries, conduct property tours, and showcase units to prospective residents.
- Assist residents with lease signings, renewals, and move-in/move-out processes.
- Provide prompt and friendly service to address resident needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records in leasing and resident management systems.
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
- Support the Community Manager with property operations, reporting, and daily administrative tasks.
- Manage and organize documents, applications, and resident correspondence.
- Perform data entry, process applications, and conduct thorough research on prospects.
PROPERTY OPERATIONS
- Ensure property appearance aligns with company standards.
- Contribute to marketing efforts, such as social media posts and resident communications.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in leasing, property management, or customer service preferred. .
- Strong communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency with property management software preferred.
- Ability to learn quickly, problem-solve independently, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A steady work history demonstrating commitment and reliability.
