We are seeking an experienced and licensed loan officer for the Lubbock region. Leads will be provided from local online marketing in the Lubbock area and there is a strong opportunity for growth.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Loan Officer at Lone Star Financing in Lubbock, TX (or Lubbock area). The Loan Officer will be responsible for working provided leads, loan origination, assisting clients with mortgage applications and providing exceptional customer service. Must be capable of managing a large pipeline with the expectation of closing 8-10 loans per month.
Qualifications
- NMLS licensed and minimum of 3 years of experience
- Experience in the Mortgage Industry
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Must be capable of managing a large pipeline
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
