What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal position at Lone Star Injury Attorneys, PLLC?
Bilingual Spanish Litigation Paralegal Wanted: Join a Fast-Growing Personal Injury Firm
Location: Texas (with cases also in California)
Do you have experience being the quarterback of your personal injury litigation cases? Do you want to work for a growing firm that is setting the gold standard for personal injury representation, receiving consistently high settlements and trial verdicts?
We’re a leading personal injury law firm that has made the top verdicts and settlements list every year since our founding. We do not settle for bad offers and regularly go to trial—receiving 6 to 7-figure settlements and verdicts. From the trucking and premises liability cases to turning those seemingly straightforward (minimum limits) motor vehicle accidents cases into Stowers cases.
In 2023, we had 3 trials in 5 weeks across different cities in Texas. In 2022, we earned the #1 highest verdict in Harris County County Courts and #39 for all courts (District and County) throughout all of Texas.
In 2024, we had one of the highest public settlements in Texas (#3 in Texas as of August 2024, and the #1 non-surgical case), and one of the highest trial verdicts in Texas of over $835k.
Here’s what matters: we’re not just about the wins for our clients. For our employees, we’re about reasonableness, cultivating a positive work environment, transparency, and employee growth, both personally and professionally.

- Fluent in Spanish.
- A history of playing a key role in personal injury litigation and drafting legal documents.
- An organizational guru who can manage 70 litigation cases.
