Job Summary
We are a local nanny agency seeking reliable and caring Babysitters and Nannies to provide attentive child-care for the children we serve. The ideal candidate will have experience in infant care, nannying, and/or preschool settings.
Responsibilities
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities to encourage intellectual development
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for the children
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks for the children
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of children's play areas
- Follow parents' guidelines for child behavior and discipline
- Transport children to and from activities as needed
Requirements
- Prior experience working with children, such as in daycare, preschool, teaching, or previous nanny roles
- Knowledge of first aid procedures for children
- Ability to multitask and prioritize children's needs effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with both children and parents
- Willingness to undergo a background check
- Ability to stay off your phone and actively engage with children
- Prior experience working with children with special needs (RBTs/Paraprofessionals/SPED teachers) are encouraged to apply

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Nannying: 2 years (Required)
- Babysitting: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
