Description
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing audio / visual support to bank employees and troubleshooting audio / visual user questions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
The duties listed below may not include all responsibilities that the person in this role may be asked to perform. Incumbent may be required to perform other related duties as assigned.
- Provides audio / visual support to bank employees and troubleshooting audio, video, and lighting equipment
- Assists with various hardware and software problems, and network support related to audio / visual issues for end users
- Follows up with internal customers to ensure satisfactory completion of audio / visual calls
- Documents and maintains record of audio / visual calls in the incident management database
- Monitors Calendar of regular meetings and reports on conference room activities, events, and performance of audio / visual equipment
- Maintains regular review sessions with Meeting owners to diagnose and train users on trouble holding meetings.
- Assists Help Desk with projects, as required
- Complies with all federal and state laws and regulations, and all established bank policies and procedures
- Maintains current knowledge of all rules, regulations, and laws as they apply to BSA / OFAC / USA Patriot Act / CIP / AML

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

Failure to adhere to these requirements will be grounds for disciplinary action, including probation and possible termination.
