Job Title: Marketing and Outreach Representative
Location: Lone Star Neurology, Frisco, TX (Servicing areas west of I-35, including Grapevine, Ft. Worth, Arlington, and Denton)
About Us: Lone Star Neurology is a growing outpatient neurology practice with 16 locations across North Texas, dedicated to providing compassionate care and innovative treatments to our patients. We are seeking a motivated Marketing and Outreach Representative to help us expand our relationships with physician partners in the west of I-35 region.
This position will require attending team meetings at our Frisco clinic on Mondays but will be primarily independent, requiring excellent organizational and communication skills. You'll be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with physicians and clinics, contributing to marketing efforts, and coordinating patient referrals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cultivate, expand, and maintain professional relationships with new and existing physician partners.
- Maintain a consistent presence in the community with identified physician partners.
- Develop and implement approved marketing strategies under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.
- Create and execute a weekly call plan to effectively engage with physician partners.
- Share marketing updates, educational materials, and relevant market trends with physician partners.
- Communicate the organization’s unique offerings, quality of care, and competencies to external stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication between Lone Star Neurology staff and physician partners to foster strong relationships and assist with problem-solving.
- Stay knowledgeable about healthcare compliance and industry standards.
- Actively work to improve Lone Star Neurology's reputation within the healthcare community.
- Ensure patient care is aligned with organizational policies, procedures, and standards, adhering to budgetary and productivity guidelines.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- Experience: Customer service, direct marketing, or relevant experience preferred; critical thinking and relationship-building skills are key.
- Licenses/Certifications: None required.
